Terms of Service

Welcome to Prime Quads Tenerife. By booking or participating in our quad excursions, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Driving Requirements

To drive a quad bike on our tours, the following rules apply:

• You must hold a valid physical driver's license (Category B for passenger cars) valid for at least 1 year. Temporary or copy licenses are not accepted.
• The physical driver's license must be presented at our shop prior to the tour start.
• All drivers must be at least 18 years old.
• Passengers must be at least 7 years old to ride on a double quad.

2. Safety & Code of Conduct

Your safety is our priority. Participants must strictly follow the guide's instructions at all times:

• Wearing the provided helmet is mandatory throughout the tour.
• Dangerous driving, drifting, overtaking other quads without authorization, or leaving the designated trails is strictly prohibited.
• Zero-tolerance policy for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Offending participants will be immediately excluded from the tour without refund.

3. Insurance & Liability

We provide comprehensive third-party liability insurance, medical first aid support, and evacuation coverage for all participants. However:

• The provided insurance covers only third-party damage and personal accidents.
• Damage to the quad bike itself or our equipment caused by negligent or reckless driving is not covered by insurance. The driver is fully liable for any repairs or replacement costs in the event of an accident caused by their negligence.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand plans can change. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour start are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 24 to 48 hours of the tour start are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
• If we cancel a tour due to severe weather alerts, safety issues, or force majeure, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
